The draft document you purchase from us will have both a "draft" watermark embedded in it and our legal disclaimer advising you to
have the document reviewed by an attorney. We will remove this wording and watermark in two circumstances only:
(1) You sign
PART 'A' of our waiver liability form providing the details of the attorney you wish us to send a copy to (the attorney must be licensed
in the State for whcih the document was drafted; OR
(2) You sign PART 'B' of our waiver of liability form indicating you
release us from liability of the document's use and that you have determined not to have an attorney review it.
To remove the
embedded image and text, WE REQUIRE A SIGNED COPY with either PART 'A' or PART 'B' completed and returned to us by
one of the following methods:
